Departure information

When it's nice somewhere, you'll run away like water and it's time to leave..:o)

Brief instructions for departure:

DEPARTURE: no later than 10 am (unless otherwise agreed, please adhere to this deadline)

We recommend checking cabinets, shelves, hangers, shoe racks, shoe dryers, etc. before departure to see if you have left anything there.

Dishes and dishwasher:

Dishes should always be tidy in the cabinets as they were before use. Please take out the dishwasher (clean dishes) and put them in the cabinets. Please dry and tidy up small washed dishes on the drainer.

Towels, bath towels, bed linen:

Please put wet towels / bath towels in the bathtub on the ground floor, leave other used towels / bath towels in the bathrooms, or put them on the floor. There is no need to do anything with the bedding.

Fireplace:

Please clean the fireplace from ash/unburned wood. There is a metal basket by the fireplace for ash. More information on how to clean the fireplace is on a separate sheet, which is part of the "Information for guests".

Refrigerator, kitchen:

Please check the refrigerator to see if you have left anything there. Please take any food that has been started with you with you or place it in the mixed waste.

Waste:

Please take out the bags with waste and put them in the bin, or place them next to the bin. Please also put sorted waste in the appropriate bags (paper, plastic). The box on the veranda is for glass, in case of multiple bottles, leave them at the given box for glass.

Damage reporting:

In case something is broken or not working (or there is an accident in bed), please let us know in advance, we should have time to solve it within the next 6 hours before the new guests arrive

Final check - windows, doors, water, lights, shoe dryers, heating:

Please check the windows and close them all, lock the doors. Please check that there is no water leakage, turn off the lights, please check that the shoe dryers are switched off. The heating valves should be in position 2-3, in the living room and kitchen fully open (by moving counterclockwise).

Keys:

Please leave 1 set of keys on the hanger in the entrance hall, return the set of keys that was in the key box to the key box after departure. The code was sent to you upon arrival and is also used to close the key box. If the mailbox cannot be closed – use the "C" button, this will reset the digits entered so far, then enter the code in the correct format and close the mailbox.

After departure, please write a message to the phone number +420 777 030 050 / +420 775 205 305, or via WhatsApp to the same number. At 10 am on the day of departure, the cameras and security system will be activated.
