Each accommodation has its own rules that must be followed. This is the only way for the operator to prepare the accommodation for new guests within 6 hours. Sometimes it happens that guests leave the accommodation in a state where it is no longer possible to prepare the property for new guests under standard conditions. They must therefore reinforce the cleaning team, have carpets cleaned or have sofas, chairs, mattress protectors, etc. cleaned. At the same time, they must also ensure immediate repairs to damaged equipment or purchase and deliver missing equipment (all within a time limit of 6 hours).

We regret that due to a few guests who have historically left the property in a terrible state, we have to set these fees and in the event of similar pollution, demand payment in the form of a deduction from the refundable deposit. However, decent guests will not be affected in any way.

In addition to these fees, the guest is also obliged to pay for any damage caused to the recreational facility U 2 SOVIČEK, Jablonec nad Jizerou during the period of use. They will also be deducted from the refundable deposit, or payment will be required if the refundable deposit is not sufficient.

The amount for significantly increased electricity consumption will also be deducted from the refundable deposit, currently the historical electricity consumption is 120 kW/day in the winter season. We verify the guest's consumption using remote reading.

Any other damages or additional costs are always calculated by the administrator of the U 2 SOVIČEK recreational facility, who has full competence and authority to resolve the resulting damage
in order to prepare the facility for new guests.
