Rules for accommodation with a dog

The owner of the animal is fully responsible for the animal. Below are the rules for accommodation with a dog.

• Dogs can share the holiday home only after a previous order has been confirmed. The amount for accommodation with a pet is set at 350,-/dog/night.
• In the event that the dog or pet is not reported at the time of booking, the guest will be obliged to pay the amount for the reservation of the stay in full and a fine of 1,000 CZK.
• The guest acknowledges that maintenance and cleaning are time-consuming activities and in the event of damage or excessive contamination of these rooms or their equipment, which will result in the inability to accommodate the next guest, these additional costs will have to be paid.
• Dogs are prohibited from entering carpeted areas, saunas, jacuzzis.
• The guest - the dog owner - is fully responsible for the dog.
• Guests are required to clean up after their dogs' excrement around the holiday home.
• Walking dogs is only allowed outside the garden and premises of the holiday home.
• Dogs and other animals must not be allowed to rest / lie on beds or chairs and must not be left alone inside the holiday home.

We recommend bringing your own beds, blankets, chair covers, etc. (the cleaning service only has a maximum of 6 hours to clean the entire house, in case of major dirt, hair, etc. or damage, it is not able to prepare the holiday home for new guests).

• The guest acknowledges that the lawn is artificial, its damage, even local, will mean replacing the entire area due to a difference in color - the price of replacing the artificial grass carpet is listed in the price list (30,000 CZK).

For the above violation of the rules, the guest's stay may be terminated without compensation and the guest will be obliged to pay the full amount for the stay.
